Budding restauranteur

What an amazing adventure into Soweto today. Chameleon Studios had the opportunity to visit Nhlakanipho Ndlovu at his restuarant, Ndlovu's Lounge. After graduating from Sparrow Schools FET College's Professional Cooking School programme in 2015, Nhlakanipho decided to start his own restaurant at his home in Soweto. Supported by his parents and brothers and sisters who help him in his restaurant, he has a booming business. We even got to taste his delicious speciality, Kota, which is a half loaf filled with a variety of tasty treats. Mine had slap chips, viennas, cheese, chillies, polony and sauces. Nicole tried his delicious fish and chips, which was equally as scrumptious. I did have to get some tips from the local patrons on how to eat the Kota, "with two hands" they said.... and so I did. Nhlakanipho tells us he has been so busy he hasn't had time to do anything else, which is fantastic news for a business that opened in November 2015. Mr and Mrs Ndlovu are very proud parents and there to support him every step of the way. We wish you everything of the best Nhlakanipho, and will be watching Sparrow FET for more budding entrepreneurs.
